THE PERFECT BODY is a brilliant and sometimes grotesque one woman show, which speaks to the neurosis of wanting to be healthy at all costs. Incorporating themes on the vicious cycle of industrial production of our food and societal obsessions over healthy eating, fitness, holistic lifestyle, and believing that old age should be feared, The Perfect Body has received incredible reviews and sold out audiences in Italy. Translated by Marco Quaglia, it will be performed by Savignoni in English for its Edinburgh run.
